Booked in to see Luke. I had long hair and wanted to get it chopped off. Showed him a picture of the style and he kept asking questions and listened so he understood what I was after. He ran through the game plan and explained the steps as he cut more sections of my hair making sure he was on track with what I wanted. He took his time and didn’t rush. Kept checking multiple times to see if I was ok with it and was patient with my requests to take more off. At the end he suggested how to style my new short hair.

I went to this barbershop for the first time and was dissatisfied and disappointed. I asked for a mullet at 0.5 and to have the top part unloaded as it was too long but I practically didn't get the top part (I noticed at home) and the bangs are not even cut evenly. The back part is practically not groomed she just ran the scissors but didn't go over the outer parts leaving a sloppy peeling. The treatment was good but the service was lousy for the price of 45$ NOT RECOMMENDED.

Besides offering killer haircuts, this has to be the happiest workplace in Australia. It’s like walking into a sitcom about barbershop best friends. They’re cracking jokes, singing along to tunes, all the while the clients waiting for a haircut or sitting in the chair can’t wipe the smiles from their faces. I recommend going there for a great haircut or just rocking up for a morale boost. Legends.

Unfortunately and honestly, quality has gone down.
Beard trim and ear waxing were reasonably priced but subpar. Chairs are uncomfortable, and unless you know the barbers, they clearly don't give a shit.

Absolutely horrible.

Went in and asked the guy cutting my hair for "undercut curtains, eye length on top, shaved down to a 2 or 3 underneath around the back and sides" before I can grab my phone for a picture, guy says "yep" and gets to work, with me facing the WINDOW the entire time NOT THE MIRROR. About halfway through he stops and asks me "you said a 1 right?" I don't know how the hell he got '1' from '2 or 3' but I cautiously explained, "like a 2 or ideally 3", he goes "2 okay" and gets back to work, again with me having no idea what he's doing. Finally after spinning me between the wall and the window for 40 minutes he turns me around to face the mirror and I am too stunned to react properly, he's given me an undercut, just an undercut, almost nothing on the sides and back, only hair on top at the front, swept to one side. I was so shocked at how badly he missed the mark that at first I just kind of paid and walked out, before turning around and heading back for a refund.

I did receive my refund so one point for that, but I walked in with my hair middle parted and almost at my shoulders and left with a sideswept undercut that's shorter than I've had my hair in 6 YEARS! And the fact that I WASN'T EVEN FACING THE MIRROR while he was cutting me is truly appalling, how am I meant to give feedback if I can't see what's happening

My dad first brought me here when the place opened up as a kid and for years I would often come back and recommend this place to friends when I got the chance, safe to say I will not be visiting or recommending this place anymore, completely unacceptable behaviour, and this haircut has truly devastated me.

It felt like I was interrupting something when I walked in. The barbers although nice guys had no interest in me or how I wanted my hair cut. My barber chatted away the entire time he cut my hair and left me with a very crappy haircut. Wish I could give a better review

Came here for the first time yesterday after my old barber closed up. Loved it. Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Great modern set up with the TV and music and posters on the walls but a real old school barber shop feel to it. All i wanted was a quick short number 2 all over, and was very happy at the time he took and not making you feel like a rushed job. And then shocked me with the price. It was half than what i was used to paying. Definitely found a new home for my hair cuts.
