Very happy with the service provided. Extremely competitive pricing that I was very happy with. The site team turned up on time and did a really neat and tidy job. The system works great and is proving to be a very good investment. The installation was very neat and tidy and the supervisor was helpful in assisting to download the Tesla app and explaining how everything worked. Will definitely look to utilise the services again to install additional batteries next year.

Had 12kw of panels and a Powerwall 3 installed, only for the whole system to go down 6 weeks later. It's now been 14 weeks since then and our system is still offline.

Install team was very active in the 3 visits it took to get the initial install done, but since having paid we now go weeks without responses, weeks between visits, and overall the problem is not being treated anywhere near seriously enough considering how much we've paid.

Extremely disappointing after spending $20k to still be paying just as much on energy bills, now with the additional monthly payments for the finance we used to pay them, and we're still no closer to having the working solar we've paid for.

It’s fair to say I really put 1KOMMA5 through their paces.
When researching who to go to for a solar and battery install we engaged 5 companies for quotes and I had 1000 questions for our sales consultant who answered all without breaking a sweat. In the end we chose this supplier based on both quality and price, although we were quoted a cheaper system from another supplier, it lacked the capability of the one we chose from 1KOMMA5. We were also quoted another almost identical system by someone else for $6,000 more, so it made the decision pretty easy.

After the install we had a few things that needed to be reviewed and Krissie was an absolute saint while she explained things to me. Krissie was so patient and professional and went out of her way to put my mind at ease that the system was indeed optimised and of the highest quality.

The system installed is an 11kW Trina solar system with Enphase micro inverters to help the system cope with our fairly shaded roof, and two Tesla Powerwall 2 house batteries and gateway. It’s enough to power our house with ducted aircon and a Tesla M3 that travels 45,000km per year. Since install, we haven’t incurred any electricity costs from the grid.

I recommend 1KOMMA5 and look forward to a future with no more power bills.

We ordered a battery which was installed 2 months ago. But part of the installation was for shades to protect the battery and not void the warranty. We have been chasing installation for 2 months now. Nobody from the installation team returns phone calls/messages or emails. It's really bad. We have one number that somebody answer's and they ask for installation dates. On about 10 occasions we have been given dates that they have not met.

They were extremely secretive on their pricing and refused to provide a written quote. They suggested price ranges only, which seemed very strange as all the other companies were happy to send through quotes. I fully understand that installation price might vary depending on what they find when they arrive to your house to do the install. However, it seemed like the sales rep was just trying to get the most money he could, for the system. For example, their "quote" was ..... "yes it would be under $20k." But they wouldn't elaborate...was it $17k, 18k, or 19.9k ? Seems very dodgy to me. Made me feel like im talking to a used car salesman. Yuck!!!

With so many cowboys out there selling Solar I was nervous and very cautious with who I was going to hand over some serious money to. Fortunately a friend and a family member had used and recommended Solaray. They had a great experience with their staff and installers plus offered competitive top of the industry product and pricing.

We've had our panels in for a few months now and are reaping the rewards. Our first monthly bill was a credit. Not bad considering it rain constantly for 2 weeks after install.

We had a few technical issues post install (which can happen) and Solaray were like a dog at a bone, they kept coming out to rectify the issue and were not happy until I was happy. They really make you feel like they are on the journey with you. We highly recommend them!

The team were helpful and responsive, always available to discuss the system and setup.

The installation was not without hiccups, but it was all out of the hands of the team, an issue with the Tesla battery meant that it wasn’t operational on the day of install. However we were always kept up-to-date with the progress and what the team we’re doing in order to get it sorted and within a few days the team return and got it fully functioning. Thanks for your care and constant communication.

I would not recommend this company. Not worth it if buying multiple products. I bought solar panels and a car charger with them and hit issues at every step of the way. I could have gone to a different company for cheaper and had a better experience.

1. I was sold a lie by the sales team. They told me that the charger would be able to fit in a smart home system linked to the inverter (to charge car using excess solar only) and it doesn't work as descrived

2. On the day of installation, no-one appeared and I had to call the company multiple times for them to tell me the installers were not coming that day as I did not send them a photo of wall where the car charger would be installed (did not change anything after I sent it to them). They did not have the courtesy to advise me of this beforehand so I took a day of work for no reason

3. On the real day of installation they did not install the car charger at the same time despite saying they would

4. The car charger installer did not know how to set it up fully (software), so I had to spend an hour searching up how to set it up
