They came to give a quote based on your request, then came again to details measurements and discussions after you accept the quote. They called you to look it the custom made gates before the painting. We are strongly recommended to try this company for your gates and fences.

Poor form booked in a quote they where aware a week before that I only had a short bracket to be onsite called them when they weren’t onsite and got told the director had booked in another job and need to reschedule. I would not trust this company to be time efficient.

Negative stars if I could. The work was poor at best, the installation appalling and they left damage behind to my freshly painted walls and no return to repair. The job took forever, weeks longer than promised, they eventually fitted my fence, a separator from the next townhouse, it was short by x cms, so it had to be removed again and a new one made. I was months without a dividing barrier, and they left gouges in the balcony fence and the wall. Do not go near them.

We are extremely pleased with our new Luxury Fin Design Fence and Sliding Gate, as it has certainly lifted the profile of our new home.
From our design concept stage through to the manufacturing & installation stages we dealt with Satpal Singh, we found him to be very polite, kind, helpful with our design and sharing in his extensive manufacturing experience.
Rhay from the office kept us well posted throughout the manufacturing process, always responding promptly to my emails including being very obliging to a delay I requested with the installation, as were going on holiday.
The fence & gate installers, they too were very good, polite, professional and did not leave until we were fully satisfied with their installation work, we then signed them off.
This was a large job and so we did expect there would be some nominal delays.
We requested specifically the brand NICE Robus High Speed gate motor for the 1.8M high, 6M+ wide gate, that was installed by their contractor. The gate motor installer was very good, helpful and did what was required to complete the job to our satisfaction.
As a result of the Service, Quality of workmanship, Communications, Competitive Pricing etc., that we have received at every stage, we have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

We are delighted to share our experience with Replacement Balustrades, Singh Fabrications is a company that provides excellent quality products and five star service. We hired them to replace the balustrades on our whole block of units, and we were impressed by their professionalism and communication throughout the project.

Rhay and Helen from the office kept us well posted on the manufacturing process, and they were always responsive and courteous. They answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had along the way.

The installers were also very good, polite, professional and fast. They completed the installation in a timely manner and with minimal disruption. They did a great job and left the site clean and tidy.

We especially want to thank Rashpal (Paul), who was amazing to deal with. He was very friendly, helpful and flexible. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and to accommodate our requests. He was always available and easy to reach.

We are very happy with the outcome of our project and we highly recommend Singh Fabrications to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality service and product.

After 3 return visits to get an accurate quote, there were still errors in their quote. After going ahead there were continuing delays for manufacturing and errors. The 2 guys that do the install are excellent but unreliable, the company promise days for install then don’t arrive, what was meant to be a 4 day install is 2 weeks and counting still not finished. The product is excellent, the company is a shambles, the staff trying to keep it on the rails are over worked and stressed. The owners need to reconsider their commitment to customer service and communication or suffer the consequences of negative feedback.

I have just had Singh Fabrications complete the front fence at my new home. The Fence was a white powder coated aluminium fence. The fabrication was excellent. They were always very polite, helpful with suggestions on the fence arrangement and very prompt with their service. The timing and delivery dates were always maintained, as promised, and they kept me informed of the progress of the fabrication of the fence. Extremely helpful and would recommend them.
