Disappointing service for a third time here.
Walked around and was literally ignored looking for 1 product.
I overheard young staff discussing their night out which was annoying because they were not serving me.
A young guy walked in and got immediate service which made me more frustrated.
When I finally chased down some service the young girl knew absolutely nothing about the range of products.
Honestly some training and education towards better customer service would go a long way.
The mature staff member was flat out doing everything and was awesome but the team dynamic really lacked.

Worst customer service for a Supercheap auto store. Guy behind the counter seemed disinterested and wouldn’t let us borrow a screwdriver to pop open the key fob that had gone flat. To make things worse, he ended up selling us the wrong battery due to his poor laziness.

Very helpful staff. I had a flat battery, they helped me to investigate the cause, charge it, test it which, in turn, helped me to determine that it wasn't a battery issue at all. Also provided me with tools and other advice. Great customer care and overall helpfulness. Really happy with them and will keep coming back.
