Warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Usually have what I need (worth checking online first though). Ben (garden power tools) is and always has been a great help, professional and friendly. Tool shop and Cafe staff also super friendly. Kitchen/taps/benches etc area staff are rude and seem reluctant to help (and are least friendly across the whole warehouse)

This review is for Simon, last weekend we attended and purchased a “Georgie” raised garden bed, it was floor stock and the only one left. Simon went over and beyond to help us purchase it and get it in the car. Not often you come across this kind of customer service. Thank you Simon, you deserve a raise!

Love this place. The workers are always available to help. Just to wander around for 2hours or more or sit in their cafe, is relaxing this is my goto store.

My wife had a bad experience at the Store on Tuesday when buying a 1.8 metre Treated Pine Pole. She wanted it cut into 2 of 900mm. A rather rude and crotchety "gentleman" stated - Saw doesnt work - we don't cut poles you will have to get a trolley and then left her to load it into our People Mover at 79 yrs of age. This poor interaction is totally at odds with the normally excellent staff interactions we have and maybe it's male menopause or a bad hair day or whatever but it was a totally unnecessary style of communication. She was very angry and so am I.

Great clean store. Lots of bargains can be found here. Great for a reduced to clear bargain specialist, like myself! Bring on the clearance stock, all the way home! 🙂 recieved high quality friendly customer service employees, who are either knowledgeable or they will try their best to help and find a solution or answer. Let’s face it, that service is the most valuable asset for a business to have!

The lovely ladies at the door on the 18th of September at 4:50pm. One name was Bianka and the other I didn’t get unfortunately. But these two ladies have outstanding customer service!! I had a pretty disheartening experience with the young lady closing down the cafe and when I went to inform the ladies at the door about this negative experience with a fellow staff member who made us feel like the biggest inconvenience, Bianka and her lovely coworker at the door saved the day and went well above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer! I will absolutely be coming back simply because of those two lovely ladies! My wife and I are currently doing a home Reno and have spent more than our yearly wage in the last 4 months at Bunnings, so it was a bit disappointing to experience what we did with the young lady at the cafe. But thanks to Bianka and her lovely coworker at the door, I will be back!

I walked into this store earlier today and most of the staff wouldn't stop starring at me and I felt very uncomfortable , so is that how you people suppose to attract customers, I don't think so, you people need to learn some manners and respect

Had a horrible experience whilst trying to buy a rake on 15th of October. I walked up to a register and said to the worker ‘hey mate just the rake’
The worker then said ‘I don’t identify as mate, I identify as they/them’ and I turned to the person behind me and just shook my head in disbelief that I somehow managed to trigger this person by using the word ‘mate’ which then caught the attention of another employee, to which they weren’t allowing me to purchase the rake and I was yelled at to leave the store, when all I said was ‘hey mate just the rake’. This staff member needs to educate themselves on the meaning of the word mate as this word does not genderize and refers the person as a friend. This is completely unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate this experience
