Amazing knowledge and service from the Ipswich branch. Got other quotes and all differed but these guys don’t just throw a lift at your vehicle. They design your suspension around what you need on a daily basis. Nick is super patient and is only too happy to answer all questions. Had my quote for 12mths and 3 enquiring phone calls later I went and got the suspension installed on my 21 Dmax. Honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

6500 traveled km shocks
Three different mechanics have said the shocks are worn out and need replacing
Was told by store manager that the other place who inspected the vehicle are just putting down pedders products.
I was also told that due to the wheel alignment the car is jumping across the road
Refused to warrant the worn shocks
The shocks are so bad they have destroyed all four tyres
Report from pedders said drivers wheel bearing needed replacing ( replaced two days prior)
Replace king pin bearings (done two days prior)
Asked for quote weeks before on king pin bearing offset kit quoted $290
Same product supplied to pedders purchased for $190
Complete rip off
Car is terrible to drive due to the shocks being so worn and damage done to tyres
Manager couldn’t even provide any thing to show they tested the shocks other stores I took the car to be checked by showed me how bad the shocks are
Offered reports from other stores manager told me to go to fair trading

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE OR ANY PEDDERS STORE
Terrible product absolutely useless staff with no actual knowledge and terrible customer service would not ever buy any product from pedders

Called by head office who told me that they could check the shocks for me but would probably find nothing wrong with them and tried to tell me my vehicle needed extensive work done again telling me that the wheel bearings are bad and bushes badly torn even tho I told him all was done two days prior by an arb store
Pedders used to be good many years ago but I would not send my worse enemy to any store world wide it’s absolutely the worst products I’ve ever seen and by far the worst ever customer service loyalty or any actual mechanical knowledge
Manager told me they stand by the original findings of its Ipswich store so I asked him to explain to me why now I’ve installed four new shocks the vehicle drives like new
His words “I can’t explain that “
Everyone I meet that has had any pedders product has told me similar stories with terrible service and the warranty is a waste of paper.
This company especially Ipswich seriously needs to be investigated for misleading customer trying to sell you things your vehicle doesn’t need again eg new wheel bearings and king pin bearings ( done two days prior by arb)
I’ve since had the vehicle inspected by several suspension specialist who have said there is not a single thing wrong with your vehicle don’t take it back to pedders and named at least half a dozen other mechanics to take it to stating that they personally would never deal with them

Great service and team - Their prices are affordable and the team is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient taking the time explaining any issues thoroughly, even listening to some suggestions I made.
They left the car tidy and even offered to keep the car an extra day to look over a few other issues I had which they certainly did not have to do. I cannot recommend the team at Pedders highly enough. I will be going back.
