Had my engagement and eternity ring re-designed by Brad. The whole process was seamless. Very professional with what design I wanted and what we had to work with, drawing of new design and cad drawing of what final result would be. Beyond impressed. Feels like falling in love again. Hubby wasn’t too sure but we talked about it and he loves it and that was very important as he picked it perfectly when he proposed 37 years ago. Brad had it valued as well as part of the process. Thank you Brad - and in time for our 34th wedding anniversary in September ?

They made me the most perfect wedding ring in the world. Ever since I was young there was a specific ring that I wanted when I got married (based off my favourite set of movies). I spoke to the team about it and have them a model to go off and they came back with the best ring I could have ever asked for. It turned out even better than I thought it could have and I can't wait to keep wearing this for the rest of my life. Thank you guys so much.

My fiancée purchased my engagement ring from here and within a few weeks it had broken and now it’s broken again.. I called and spoke to someone today who was less than helpful and really didn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t recommend this business at all! Now we’re looking at getting a new engagement ring made by a different jeweller as the quality of this one just isn’t what we would have liked.. ***edited because the owner has commented.. I was told I would have to pay postage which is fine but what I’m not happy is being told it’s not under warranty and that I would have to pay for it to be repaired. If you stand by your product then you should stand by a warranty! Yes I know opals are softer than diamonds. But for it to come loose twice in the space of a year is not okay.. and upon confirming with other jewellers the craftsmanship is not very good. The distance is of no consequence, it’s the quality of the ring itself that’s the issue. Imagine getting an engagement ring to have it break and have the opal fall out less than 3 weeks after receiving it only to have it happen a year later again.. I’m sorry say all you like but that’s poor craftsmanship and your reply is merely damage control.

I've had two rings made through Brad now - my wedding ring to a custom design, and my Wife's wedding band matched to an engagement ring bought elsewhere. Not only were both tastefully and brilliantly executed, but his after-sales care is second to none. He is a straight-shooter and does right by his customers, which is hard to come by these days.

I never leave reviews and i hate that it is so negative but this is worth people knowing.
I too went in to get a ring resized. 30/7/22 All seemed fine and the gentleman that took my jewellery was lovely, he said it would take 2 weeks. 3 weeks later i called and a rather abrupt lady laughed at me over the phone and said 6 to 8 weeks. Over 2 months later with no contact i email, i recived a text days later on the 1/11/22 saying it would be ready next week that friday i received another text saying it is completed. I try to pick it up and get told they are closing early. I go that saturday, before the advertised closing time. Store closed. I leave a message monday saying im trying to pick up my ring. I go to store tuesday before the advertised closing, store closed. I call email and text no reply. I still dont have my ring back and it is 9/11/22, i gave them my ring 30/7/22. As the store has been closed and no one answers my texts, emails or calls i cant even get my jewellery back. Disgusted and fear that they have stolen my ring. If staff are reading this, im not asking much, please contact me and give me my ring.
Hope this helps people, like i said i hate i have to do this but people need to know.

I was recently looking for something special for my wife to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and knew this was an occasion I couldn't afford to get wrong. Tina and Brad were fantastic (and patient!) guiding me through the minefield that jewellery presents and eventually deciding on something that she absolutely loved. I highly recommend Kearton Jewellers. I'll see you in another 10 years for round 2!
