I went in on a Wednesday morning and the line up in the store had been all the way out the door. The wait time was longer than I imagined it should’ve been. The customer service had not been welcoming & warming . I chose not to browse and potentially buy a product from this business, as there had been little to no effort at greeting me with a smile,l. Sadly for me the variety of stock were in abundance and the quality of their products seemed high.

Very fast paced news agency however given the good service locals are willing to wait and understand this is a normal process due to a lack of point of sales, definitely an opportunity for the business to get through more customers faster. When time allows they're happy to have a chat and prices are reasonable. Sent an item to South Carolina and received a tracking service and i felt this price was reasonable.

Wouldn’t go here again. Bought an item for $14.95. Charged me more than what I was meant to pay for, removed the price tag and wouldn’t show me the price total. Didn’t ask for a bag. And didn’t give me a receipt. Got home and found that I was charged $15.30. I know it’s not a lot, but still disgusting if they’re doing it to everyone else.

It's a great Newsagent with a variety of newspapers, magazines, comics, gossip mags.......you name it they have it! Great selection of cards, wrapping paper etc & also a selection of giftware. Great stock of school gear. They do scratchies & lottery/lotto as well. Staff are very friendly & helpful. If they haven't got what you want, they'll get it in for you. Store is very clean & well lit. It is inside the Brassall Shopping Centre where toilets are available. Plenty of under cover car parking spaces available. Highly recommended.

Love comming to this newsagents the Beautiful Blonde lady there always greets you with a smile she is one asset to have for a local business l think her name's Kaylene I've no complaints and the service is really Fast . Always good to see a lovely face smiling you can have the worst day yet a smile like makes you brighter well done everyone.
