If you like a pork sausage and a good hit of chilli then stop here. The sausages were divine, so tasty. The meat is probably cheaper than the supermarket and all locally produced. Highly recommended. Support the local business

OMG, the chilli sausages would have to be the BEST we have ever had
There was heaps of chilli in each one, even made us cough, while they were cooking, which is a good sign, as we are chilli lovers of all things

We asked for some good quality eye fillet and we sure got it! Glad we bought other meat here too and we definitely recommend the place to other travelers. The steak was very succulent, tender and delicious - beautiful country meat!

Best butcher in Outback Queensland for us, including the so much raved about butchers in Winton, Roma, Longreach. The meat was tender and fresh, but best were the chilli sausages! So good and none of that oily liquid leaked out during cooking like we experienced when buying sausages at butchers during the last 8 weeks. Friendly too!
