I did an order 5 days ago. Confirmation of order but items were out of stock but not shown as out of stick on web site. After I rang 5 days later I was told that they had tried to contact me but I never had any calls. An email would have been nice.
I asked for a refund and am now awaiting that.
I have used them before and had good service but not this time.

I get clips here for my halters and leads -and chains for the dogs. good quality at a great price. communication is great - they will ring if they have any questions about the order. And so far my orders are all sent out on the day of order.

After receiving a quote to supply and install from a local Victorian company I decided that I needed both my kidneys and would attempt the job myself. Miami Stainless had a number of guides to assist the home hobby maintenance person. I contacted them and spoke with Andrew Beattie. He was extremely helpful, quick to provide a quote and gave valuable advice on the selection of materials, processes involved and delivery timings. The stainless steel posts were of high quality, delivery was prompt and although the job took me a few days longer than a tradesman I am very satisfied with the final result. I had approximately 46 meters of rail with a number of corners. I would thoroughly recommend using this company and found their advice and products were both excellent. Thanks guys for providing a 5 star service and product.
