Asked Matt (Manager) if he does king pins installation for a 1948 Ford I-beam front solid axle, he said YES he has done them before, me being a hot Rod builder I knew this was a (1) hour job, little did I know that he had NO idea what he was doing.
Instead of the $110 fee for one hrs work I got a bill for $445.50.
When I queried it I got the excuse that he didn’t have the reamer to do the job and had too make a jig up too ream the stub axles, 2 off

If your business runs as well as the woman that drives the work Ute with the license plate 287JUB then this is a horrible business, she almost ran up my back side multiple times, including when I was stopped at red lights, she sat a foot away from my car whilst stopped at traffic lights and when I would inch away from her she would creep forward with me, this is not a professional way to drive a car and represent your business, she’s lucky I didn’t have to slam my breaks on for any reason otherwise I’d be hospitalised from her utterly useless driving. If I was the owner of this business I’d get a different driver to represent the car, and if the person who drives this vehicle is the owner of the business/person who will read/reply to this, go and learn to drive properly, try not to kill people on the road while you’re at it, cheers.

boasts of being able to ' do machine work" i present an easy job, get quoted one price, when its ready to be done- up comes a different price. prices fixed as per client as to squeeze the maximum $ out.
