I had given up trying to find decent ham until I tried Lovedays Quality Meat. I consider myself a ham connoisseur & their hams which Shay advised me they cook themselves & win all sorts of competitions, is by far superb!!

Satay kababs were 10 for $18 ($1.80 each).
I ordered 4 expecting to pay more, maybe $2 or slightly more, each. However, I was charged $11.96, that is $2.99 per kabab, a 66% increase.
What a rort and total rip off.
Anyway, my fault for excepting it. But, they just lost a customer for life and maybe a few more when they read this.

Best meat on the Gold Coast & in the whole of SE Qld! The staff are always really nice & our family has enjoyed everything! Favs are Thai Green Curry Sausages, Schnitzels & their Biltong! Oh and how can you go past their Christmas Hams………. I have never had anything taste more like Christmas than their that!! ? 5 star customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having searched everywhere for a proper Gammon Steak, I have finally found the perfect Gammon at Lovedays Quality Meats.
It is a lovely succulent joint cut into generous slices with the rind left on of course.
It is real melt in your mouth Ham with a good salty flavour.
I prefer mine unsmoked and cooked with a fried egg, chips and peas for a classic British meal.
Bloody gorgeous.
To top it off their service is always amazing, definitely must go 5 stars. Will be back, thankyou!

They just getting too expensive now it's just not worth it anymore. $46 a kilo for a cheap cut like rump steak. It's not to say the quality wasn't there. The steak tasted beautiful. But that's not a competitive price at all. They not doing anything special enough to justify going elsewhere for the same meat quality and service. Other quality grass fed butchers are doing well under $40 a kilo.

29/08/24 - after spending over a $100 on meat I ask if they could throw in some dog bones only to be told “sorry it’s a set price in the till and if I give them to you it would be like steeling”. Then some ‘Karen’ pipes up & with a statement about I probably buy my meat in Coles!!! Excuse Meeee I replied, no I do not, I ONLY by from a couple of local butchers with you guys being one of them!!!! But maybe not anymore!! PS: I feed myself & 4 hardworking tradies!! VERY Bad Customer Service
