An amazing experience of trialling pottery-shapes and patterns in a fun environment. We loved our morning exploring our artistic traits and how we could create different but similar items. Highly recommend. Marnie was the Best!!

What a wonderful afternoon, we did the pottery wheel for beginners, never doing it before we were a bit hesitant but Dani is not only a great instructor but a warm and beautiful person who you could genuinely see how much she loves her craft and sharing the practice with students and quickly we were at ease. The joy and enthusiasm that Dani showed truly made it a memorable experience. We ended up with 3 pieces each which Dani graciously posted out to us, but even if we didn't receive them the experience of just being in the presence of Dani and her kindness whilst creating would have been worth it.

I would definitely recommend even if you have never done pottery before or even have an interest, do it just for the joy you will feel by being there.

Thanks Dani, your a true treasure.

Best studio on the Gold Coast! Really enjoyed making my pieces and had expert help from Marnie. She was so patient and thorough! Definitely will come back next time we’re on the GC! X

Had a great time at Firebird Studio, was very lucky to receive a voucher as a Christmas gift. Had two great teachers who went through a run through of all the steps to see what we were working towards. We set off to our stations and went through each step for our fist piece. If someone fell behind the a teacher came over and guided us on what to do next. We all made 3 pieces mainly saucers, bowls or cups of some sort, and we were all proud of our pieces, even if some had a little character. Highly recommend, had a great time and already looking into more courses that they offer!

November 11, 2024, I had a splendid, creative, inspiriational and fun class at the Firebird Studios today, making "pinch Pots" from clay (Hand building technique). We had very kind, patient and supportive Instructors. Thanks Teacher Danni for a great experience.
