We've been going here for about 6 months or so and it's been generally been good. However, there seems to be a new employee that seems to have started recently and while he's rather friendly he seems to be adding extra items to our order without our knowledge until we come home and check our bags and receipts.

This has happened 3 times everytime we've shopped here (he snuck in a kg of mince, pork and chicken on separate occasions). At first we thought it was a free item but realised it was charged. Not sure if he forgot, mixed up the order but after happening 3 times in a row says to me this could be a sneaky way of getting more sales.

If an overweight man with glasses, of Asian appearance serves you and he's a little too friendly please check your orders before paying. You might find more items in your bag at the cost of your money without you even knowing

Rotting Meat, with Dead Flies. NEVER buy here.

Got a kilo of lamb chops from this butcher 2 days ago. Came home to discover dead flies in the meat. When we got home we smelt the meat and it smelled like it was rotting, despite it looking ok. We tried to salvage a bad situation, but once we removed the bones and fat we were down to about 300g of meat.

Customer service was great, but could never make up for the fact that we found out there were dead flies in our rotting meat.

Great quality meat be it Beef Pork, Lamb or Goat. Always ready to talk and help you find what you need. Very helpful and courteous staff. I have recommended to a few relatives and friends who have been very impressed . Oh I forgot to mention great prices.
