I came in today after work around 3pm and the girl who served me was very kind and helpful. As it was my first time I was unsure of the process but she was super helpful and explained the different flavours and mix ins with a positive attitude. She even offered me some recommendations based on what I liked. I didn’t catch her name but she had brown hair and I think her name started with an M. It was such a great experience and I will definitely be coming back.

The shop itself was fairly clean. The ice cream was as good as expected with the extras mixed in well. However, the service was appalling. We were the only ones there. My friend, who has never been to a Cold Rock outlet before, wanted to try one flavour. The lighter skinned girl had negative service skills and the way she spoke to us was as if she not only hated her job but her life. It was the first time we’ve ever visited that branch and we were treated like we’ve done her a disservice. I glanced back as we exited the shop and saw her look at us and roll her eyes with a huge huff.
I’ve been to many other cold rock outlets and this is the first one that had such a depressed service. Hopefully this was only a one time situation and is not how their service usually runs.

Barely put 1 scoop in, was like half a scoop. Waffle cones broke. Ice cream sides taste watery dont serve them. Not worth $13 for 2 single serve. We were first in line and she served someone else first.

This is the most best ice-cream shop ever because it has the most flavourful ice-cream flavours in the world plus the people
who work in the ice-cream shop do good service and they have very high ice-cream skills!

A good selection of ice creams and great for a quick stop when driving past. Staff were friendly and they were making some very interesting desserts at our time of visiting. There’s a few seats out the front if needed too.

Got a take home tub of bubblegum from here instead of the closer cold rock. And unfortunately it was terrible. It was not creamy delicious. It was icy and tasted off. Straight in the bin and a waste of money. Shocking.

Parking is absolutely horrible!
The ice cream is delicious, but the sizes are smaller than they used to be.
Great if you want a little arvo treat though!
The staff are always friendly and generous with the mix ins.

Ordered a birthday cake and cold rock calamvale did not disappoint. Although they don't open until later on a Sunday morning, they catered to our needs and went the extra mile to come in early and finalise the cake for a 9am party. Staff were lovely to deal with and party guests all loved the cake.
