Had a complicated job to do, needed the original Galvanised Hills Hoist installed into a concrete slab, couldn’t find anyone to do it, The Clothesline People made it happen, I later got them back to install a foldaway clothesline on a wall with a window, again nothing was too hard, they said yes and made it happen, also very polite office ladies and installers.

I called and spoke to their super friendly and well informed honest customer service rep, who worked around my fussy busy schedule. Their tech came out at the agreed time and installed the Aussie Hills clothesline. He put so much effort and detail into fixating the line into the ground, I was super impressed with his expertise and diligence. He cleaned up, talked me through his work, answered all my questions and was on his way!
I strongly recommend this company, the interaction from beginning to end was an absolute delight!

I called and got a very competitive quote from the clothes line people after hearing about them on 2GB.
I had their friendly rep Dave come out, pull my old rusted pole out of the ground, fill in fresh concrete, and place my new one in.
He chopped up my old line, cleaned up and packed everything up and was on his way.
I have since then recommended several family & friends to them.
Such an honest professional company, good to see we still have some hope left in Aussie businesses.

Love my foldaway… great quality, holds well, I use it for larger blankets and bed sheets and have had no issues! Folds away when not in use to save space. The installer did a great job!
