Took back a newly purchased digital watch. Jacob was fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Politely checked the watch and agreed it was faulty and not working. Replaced it immediately refunding cost of old one and I purchased a new Fitbit. Thank you for your great customer service.

I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to Eric in the store room. I’ve been back and forth with a TV manufacturer and after going around in circles I thought I would just call the store that I purchased the TV from and ended up chatting to Eric.

Within minutes, he made me feel like I was understood. He jumped on my case straight away and made numerous phone calls between departments in order to make sure he was relaying correct and accurate information. He also asked for all the information to be sent through so they can ensure they escalate the case in an efficient and correct manner.

Such a rare thing to see nowadays. Really appreciate it man.

Went here to get a Samsung charging cable. Very helpful staff member couldn't supply new as Samsung no longer supply but found me a replacement. Much appreciated extra mile service is getting harder to find.Thanks again!

The worst instance of customer service I every have received from the Carindale store, If they sell you faulty goods you have to prove it was provided faulty!!

I purchased a TV online and when it arrived it was cracked all over, when I rang my closest store the Carindale store and spoke with the storeroom to request a replacement TV for the faulty goods provided he couldn't have been further from helpful, the storeroom advised that they needed to send photos to the TV manufacturer to have them determine if I had damaged the TV, they also advised if I had opened the box then they wouldn't accept the faulty TV back.

After weeks of emails back and forth requesting multiple photos of the box with no real action taken and without a TV I contacted the dispatch store who advised the above is not the right process and that they indeed would accept the TV back as faulty and provide me a replacement.

It has been such a stressful experience believing that I needed to prove my innocence in not damaging the TV, I would suggest you train your staff accordingly as they have given me unnecessary anguish, provided me wrong information, and created unnecessary work for themselves.
