A small format Bunnings store that tries to provide as many of the services and products that one could find in the warehouse format of stores in say Cairns. The isles are narrower and do feel a bit cramped. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

On the go not in Ute but in new car surprised that staff were quite miffed that I wanted not for free a plastic bag to place a bag of cement into so as not to dust up said new car advised to bring a used one so that they did not run out of the ones they sold fill your own till hardware not only did not charge me five bucks for one gave a pleasant smile and offered up any advice I might need worth way more than ten percent

The few times I've been here, staff have been helpful explaining things to me and showing me things etc but sometimes it's hard to get someone to help you because I've rarely seen anyone to ask things so I've just had to go to the front counter and ask them to send someone to help me with specific things.

Store very cramped and dark. Messy. Just too small for products trying to squeeze in there. Usually enjoy shopping at a Bunnings but not here. Instead of being our first choice we will only use when no alternatives.

Contacted Innisfail Bunnings an hour before I got there. Looking for water containers, lady said she had 15 and will put 3 aside for me. When I arrive there and ask for the items she did not put them behind the counter. The items were out of stock and the people I talked to were not welcoming at all. Horrendous service Bunnings. People call in advance for a reason.
