Oh Wow! Bought a charcuterie plate from here while just passing through, it was excellent - spot on! $10 well spent, proper ham too! Utterly delicious! Haven't yet tried the other items we bought but judging by that plate can't wait to try more. Very impressed ? will definitely take the 100km drive to make this a destination ?

This shop reminds me of the old fashioned butcher shops I visited with my grandmother, when I was a kid. There were so many options I was overwhelmed. I loved the feel of the place. I wanted something different then we always have for our big family barbeque. The staff were so helpful with advice, suggesting some interesting alternatives they had available for our special occasion. We also got some great pointers on the best ways to prepare and present our purchases. Thanks guys your help made the day a success.

Absolutely the best butcher shop in the Toowoomba district and the best butcher shop we have ever been to. Never have we purchased a single item from this shop that wasn't the absolute best quality possible. The roast meals they do of a Friday arvo/evening are absolutely delicious and unbelievable value. Pete and all the staff are genuinely good people whose priority is to sell the finest quality meats at the best possible prices, and this they certainly do. Great value family packs available as well. Do yourself a favour and go there. Well and truly worth the drive from Toowoomba to do it.

Pulled into Crows Nest Butcher. Love trying sausages. OMG the thin BBQ sausages were the best I have tasted in years. So juicy, soft and great flavour. Next time I come through I am going to buy a few kilos. Thanks so much you made my day.. for me 10 out of 10.... Yummy as .. Best Sausages EVER...

The sausages are fantastic. Gluten free queries are always clearly and easily. The gluten free crumbed steak is mind blowing. The service is always above and beyond. 10 out of 5 stars!
