Moving from Interstate I attended the Currumbin Waters CSC to transfer my Drivers & Boat Licence as well as register my car in Queensland.
Concerned that it was going to be a bit difficult I was assisted through the process by a very capable patient and understanding staff member.

My grandson went for his license test today and failed because as he was driving into a school zone a car sped up behind them and the instructor had to accelerate which is an automatic fail ……what a joke !!! If this happened to me in real life I would definitely NOT accelerate I would just maintain my speed until the driver behind realised that it was a school zone !?!?! I felt so sad for my grandson as he is actually a good driver and has had many driving lessons (cost his parents a fortune!) he didn’t even get a chance to show the instructor how good he is (driving manual) it is also his birthday today so has wrecked that and I have been so sad for him all day……. Shame on you sir for failing him.?

Don't bother taking learners to this one. Fail kids on absolutely everything. Pity they couldn't test all the useless drivers on the road now. Havnt seen a driver on the road today that would pass a test with the guy there. Talk about a revenue raiser. ?

Oh my dear! I had the best service ever here today. It was unbelievable. Dana was extremely helpful, patient, culturally aware, and friendly. She got my tricky situation sorted out promptly. She really knows her stuff. People like Dana make a difference.

Went to the Currumbin Waters branch this morning , to renew my license

Had a 15 minute wait to be seen, not a big deal ..

and was then served by Mick..

he was super helpful , efficient and friendly !

Even ended up saving a few dollars with his help !!!

My son and I went in to do his Learners Test today and we were served by Maggie. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The most patient, warmest and caring Customer Representative I have ever come across. Even overhearing her with all of her other customers put a smile on my face. People like Maggie truly deserve recognition for their service. Thank you
