phoned up regarding a clicking noise that had started occurring after an engine replacement done 7 months prior. The team got my car in the next day to have it looked at and fixed the issue free of charge. Super quick turn around time and great service!!

Honest and easy to work with, this business definitely aims to care for its customers. They are quick and responsible with their pricing and their customers money which means I will definitely be back. Excellent experience from booking to pick-up replacing a transmission in a 2010 Subaru Outback. The job came in at the least expensive of the estimated cost, the soonest of the estimated time to complete, and without any issues whatsoever. They even buffed out a foggy headlight lens at no cost without being asked to do it and without even mentioning it when I picked the car up. I will be bringing my car back to this place in future. Great experience. Great service. Great result.

Terrible experience. Unable to speak to a mechanic or manager after issues identified. Service complete but other things identified. Told a number of things would be quoted based on notes on the job card. Reception didn't know what it meant and would not let me speak to anyone else about it. No quotes provided and when I rang for update, reception had no idea about the job and just read my service invoice to me. Again, would not let me speak to anyone else

Lovely staff... very professional and great communication the business is hard to find as tucked away and bad signage... but other than that happily recommend them
