I've never been to such a poorly stocked hardware store. Also apart from the shelves being empty, they were filthy. Good time to wipe them over when there is almost no stock. As I was being served, another guy jumped out of the office. Why wasn't he cleaning. It would be more inviting if clean and well stocked.

I am an old Currumbin local whom has bought many a product off M10 for years. Generally service is pretty good. It’s convenient. However, yesterday was one for the books. Counter staff accusing a local of sabotaging a product for refund/replacement. And this counter rookie made his feelings public. What a joke.
Yes.. I finally got a new set of shears. I take them home: only for a second pair of shears to become faulty, exactly the same issue as the first.
Let’s see what I get when I return the product.
You M10 guys need to check your product. And whilst I’m at it.. train your staff on better quality service :: where the customer comes first.

Waited 10-15 min for paint. Told only one guy handles paint and he was on the phone. Not really fair to keep customer waiting while your taking a phone call in the office

Baskets all broken, handles not screwed on, easily fixed with all the hardware in store !! No product on selves - sad - came here to not go to Bunnings, ended up Having to go to Bunnings anyway

Worst customer service ever. Thought I got them on a bad day when I went there the first time, turns out they were no better the second time. They were not busy & took forever to cut keys. Recommend they work on their communication so they can keep customers informed, a smile would make a difference too.

Luke was a saviour on Saturday! I needed a part that neither Bunning nor the mower shop had. I spoke to him on the phone and when I arrived he was so helpful. Tried multiple parts and even fitted it to my mower for me. Saved me a bucket load compared to fitting it through the mower shop. Made my weekend! Cheers Luke ?
