I had an extremely pleasant experience with Lindsay from beginning to end! He was able to acquire me parts that they don't normally stock at a great price and was able to have them over from Queensland to Perth within 2 business days. I’ve been searching for months for someone trustworthy to tune my untouched grandpa spec td42 patrol with 180,000km. Must have upgrade! Easy to dial in once you understand the parameters and such a vast improvement over the standard boost control.Make sure you fit boost and egt gauges for setting up.

Highly recommend the Tillix valve. Looks sexier than other Dawes valves. I wish I installed one of these earlier when I still had a chip, still had to get one on my MN Triton after a remap because of boost/egt fluctuations on partial throttle/load conditions, this certainly made it a lot more linear!

Just a note for others who are wanting to up boost past stock 20psi without an external mechanical boost gauge, the OBD2 data port can only output 255 bytes of data per hex address (255 bytes) and reads the MAP sensor as kPa, thus 255kPa = 36.9psi. However, the max boost reading you will get from OBD2 output is 22.3psi as it factors in atmospheric/barometric pressure (14.696psi). DO NOT get a new map sensor as that is not the problem and is already capable of 3bar, the issue is the actual OBD2 port!

Therefore start your fine-tuning with the valve turned out well below this limit. Once you find 19psi boost at barometric pressure, each half-turn of the Tillix will give you 2psi, thus 1.5x turns will land you at roughly ~25psi
