The worst customer service EVER! Drove into the trade entrance and loaded up 30 bags concrete with NO staff in sight. Then just as I got to the 26th bag 3 male staff appeared from outside the back door - smoke break The tallest fella just laughed when told it was poor service and no one around. He said I could have yelled out - to what -a plank of timber on the shelf? Two other unfit looking male staff stood by with mouths open in a daze - oh the tall fella loaded 3 bags of concrete onto the trailer - bless him. He was quick to write up a docket to get payment - just to put his name on it that he served a customer - yeah right. Drove around the loop to exit and there were then 4 goofy male staff standing with hands in their pockets. Hey Bunnings - Dalby is a small town and there must be better pickings for staff or training is needed. Oh did I mention I saw a young female loading times onto a trolley by herself? It was only @10:30am on 1st October …. Ho hum

As useful as shit on a shoe with the exception of Nicholas in the paint section.
Don't waste your time or sanity here, just go to the toowoomba store, they always have what you need IN STOCK.

A smaller store to serve the community of Dalby. Obviously does not have the huge range that a larger store would carry but that said it certainly has most things. Items can ordered if you want a specific product. Isle widths are a little narrower and you have to watch your public distancing. The staff were helpful and friendly and there's plenty of parking out front.

I found Rachel at bunnings very helpful. We had a sausage sizzle there for lifelight and than had some raffles. Rachel kindly donates some vouches which was greatly received. Thanks bunnings

Much smaller than out Bunnings back home. But still a great store, very friendly staff. Helped us out with most of our needs. Also gave us directions to another store for our particular camping needs. ?
We did enjoy our shop here, a very pleasant store, even though it is a much smaller store than ours back home. I rated it with 5 ?

Doug sold wrong product to me. I had given him all the details of what i was after, even showed him the tin. Told me that my tin must have faded. Clearly not faded. Very clearly a different product. WON'T BE GOING BACK. I told him I lived 50 ks out of town. So 200 ks later, we had the correct product. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS
