Shopping at Dayboro Produce and Hardware is like stepping back into a time when customer service meant genuine care and connection—something that's hard to find these days. Every visit is a pleasure, thanks to the consistently warm, friendly, and helpful staff. They go above and beyond, whether it's ordering in special items for me or simply taking the time for a chat.

But the exceptional service doesn't stop with me—it extends to my dogs as well. Both of them are rescues, and are typically nervous around new people, yet the team here have become their trusted friends. It may seen silly to say, but it's true. When I mentioned that one of my rescue boys was afraid of men wearing caps, every cap came off until he felt comfortable. They’ve shown the same kindness and patience with our new little rescue dog, too.

The team at Dayboro Produce and Hardware is truly extraordinary, and I’m grateful to be a regular customer. Over time, I’ve not only learned about new products and received invaluable DIY advice, but I’ve also built wonderful friendships and watched my dogs grow in confidence. I even found comfort during the loss of my horse, all because I stopped by for some hay one day ?

Dayboro Produce and Hardware really do live up to their slogan “Your one-stop shop for your needs in pet, hardware, produce & rural supplies” I went in only needing livestock feed (which they had a great supply of) but also got sidetracked by the awesome garden centre! Whoops! Great customer service from the team! Will definitely be back!
