I ordered a quality nib online. Great nib, option for tuning, fast delivery and outstanding customer service: Before processing they emailed to check that I was sure I had the correct item (I did, but good of them to check on a quality nib). First time buyer at this store, very happy.

The variety of products they have online is incredibly amazing. I love the detailed descriptions of the products, especially where they are made. I love TWSBI fountain pens, and I know they can be manufactured in different country. Larry Post so far is the only website providing the detail of manufacturing countries. The despatch and shipping are super fast. If you could do some special sale occasionally would be great.

The service I received yesterday couldn’t be faulted.

These were the things I liked about it.

1. Easy to Find telephone number so I could call when I was stuck because I couldn’t identify the refill for the Pen I needed
2. Clear address so I had confidence in the business
3. Assisted on the phone to find the product I wanted ( they talked my through where to click and How to find it) Can’t recall their name but they were great
4. Product sent that day

I had a fantastic experience at LarryPost. I am new to the hobby and had so many questions. Jenny was very patiently and helpful she answered all my qns in details, let me try many different pens. I did not feel pressured to make many purchases in fact Jenny suggested not to buy too much at once, instead as newbie I should explore new pen little by little to find out what I like.
