If you buy pork belly from them make sure u ask for belly flap and don't buy the "pork belly" off the shelf as it will have large portions of bone hidden in it. I always try to support local businesses however after several different dodgie instances similar to this combined with cranky older women working decades past their happy working expiry date. Places like this should give u a bag every 50$ spent not stand there blankly staring at u after u spend 300$ on meat then they ask u if u would like to purchase bags. It is the simple little things that mean alot to customers like being treated like a human or maybe actually getting value for money. If these 2 basics interest you maybe this isn't the butcher for you!

Bought some pork belly from these guys thinking there was enough to feed everyone for dinner tonight only to find out almost half the weight was in rib bones hidden at the bottom of the packet.

Why do you have to be so dishonest

Everyone knows a slab of pork belly from the shops is boneless unless otherwise stated.

The customer service was disappointing at the checkout . The checkout operator was rude, complained when she forgot to charge me for a bag and proceeded to fill the bag to the top to the point of it overflowing and told my sister that the bag will break if she is not careful .Even though my mum had separated her order from mine the checkout operator scanned some of mums order when serving me and proceeded to complain to mum. Both my mum, sister and myself felt the operator didn’t want to be at work .

I like shopping for meat at Pattons. But one lady at the service counter is always very rude every time she serves me. No "hello", no "how are you" no "goodbye", customer service could be worked on alot. She looks like she doesn't want to be there. It makes me want to take my money else where. Which is ashame.

Just purchased some rump steak from these people and it was as tough as boot leather.The dog thought it was great.We paid more than thirty dollars for this dog food and it was inedible.

Amazing prices and the quality is great too. I make the drive from Warwick every fortnight for a shop as the prices are 1/4 the cost here in Warwick. Keep up with the great prices and quality and ill keep coming back.
