Moved away from Toowoomba and wouldn't've guessed how much I miss good quality sausages. Whatever Miller's has in stock is always nicely flavoured, with good filling and a crispy skin. Their mince is well priced for the quality of it, get some if you're cooking to impress. And their dog and soup bones! So well priced, they're becoming hard to find or priced like a luxury item, but never at Miller's Meats! Can't wait to come back and have a good feed of Miller's bangers and mash, throughout the years they've always been good quality. Keep up the exceptional work!

And the SERVICE too! Loved the door, loved the smiles and the helpful advice.

New to Toowoomba, looking for a new butcher. So glad we founds these folks. Amazing shop with a huge range of extras. The service was great and welcoming. The sausage rolls are as good as the reviews. A week later, we have had the chicken, steak, lamb beef and pork. All were amazing. The sausages just stunning. Our new regular. Worth every cent. $25/kg Borrowdale pork shoulder was a rip off! The same thing is $12 at HFM, while similar quality at MC is $17. Won't be back. NEVER.

At the very first bite of their sausage roll, I understood why someone would drive all the way from Brisbane to stock up every few weeks. Good comfort food like this is well worth it, just the same as the drive to Brisbane for some great dim sum.

Amazing customer service!!! Great range of quality products, including nitrate and gluten free. Heirloom sausages are the best.
Pies are seriously delicious with the best meaty fillings. Highly recommend.

Have heard such good things about this place. Well today I tried it. I'm over the moon at the quality of the steak I purchased. Best I've eaten in Australia in years. The service, price, customer service is all 5 star.

Seriously, the smoked bacon is the best of the best! So good? Well we drive up from Brisbane every few weeks to stock up on a range of meaty goodies at Millers and THAT bacon - we don't leave the shop without it. Jim and his team are super friendly and helpful and the shop is sparkling clean with a gentle waft of smoky bacon...oh and did I mention THAT bacon!

This butcher is outstanding. Very good quality meat with excellent service. But what makes it even better is, Friday Pie day. My wife and I are pie connoisseurs and critics. I’ve tried countless pies from so called top quality bakeries from Melbourne to Cairns. But very few come close to the pies Miller’s sell. The beef cheek pie is the best pie I’ve had. Congratulations Miller’s, you made us extremely fussy pie eaters happy.
