Beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities, including an amazing indoor kids space. Visited for lunch at the restaurant. The dishes we looked forward to most were the tuna and slamon share plates. Unfortunately, these were a bit bland. But the Burata with buffalo and truffle paste was amazing. The ribs we chose as a main to share were also very good. Great service and vibrant atmosphere. We will be back, but won't be going near the raw fish menu again unless those dishes change.

I have been coming to this place with my kids, family and friends on numerous occasions and birthday parties. We have always enjoyed the ambience, food and opportunity for kids to play with each other in the kids zone . And now, when Eatons Hill restaurant decided to make more money on the arcade zone for kids, all I could here”Mum, can I have some credit” very upsetting. Not going to come ?again

My review referes to the new playground room only. We sat at the restaurant and left 5 mins later and went to dine across the road. Simply awful. I imagine the board thinking on how to rip more money out of parents and maximise profit, when realistically they lost my meals for the next 10 to 12 years and the ones of many other parents. Too much lighting and noise in a such a tiny place. Very stressful for my 2yo daughter. Very disappointing because we were happy about the renovation. We were going to dine every second week but now we can't get back with my daughter until she will be old enough to absorb the gaming stress. The decision maker of such disgrace choice should be sending his or her children every day in that hell to turn them into future pokies addicted. Eatons used to be a family environment but with the new playground that feeling is sadly gone.

Not anymore family friendly place! New Playground area is awful and ruin experience for entire family. We used to come here every 2-4 weeks with family or friends, but we won't do it anymore. Kids are just overstimulated, a lot od screaming and cries, so confusing and also expensive. If I wanted my kids play video games i would go to time zone with them not to a local hotel restaurant. This is so disgusting that I have no words, so so disappointed with the change. It use to be lovely playground where kids could play together while aduls enjoy they dinner and drink. Now is just stressfull and not enjoyable. Don't come here if you have kids !

The service was very professional, friendly. I was really impressed - even though they messed up one order. They acknowledge the issue and replaced the meal for free. Not as many vegetarian options however I still found something to eat. I ordered the mushroom pizza and the a beer. Again, service was outshining; the table service excellent; the decor very nice, clean and modern, adding to an excellent night.

We go here quite often. Food has always been good, we pretty much just get the same thing every time, as the menu doesn't seem to change much. Was dismayed to see that they have completely changed the kids area. One of the great draw points of Eatons Hill Hotel was the kids area, which our kids loved. There were games to play for free, and a terraced area to watch a movie, and another area to run around and climb inside a tunnel playhouse. They've essentially replaced that with a small arcade, which is like pokies for kids. My three young boys actively expressed their disappointment with the change. The revamp has completely changed the vibe for the worse. It's a shame. If you look at other Comiskey Group venues (like the Doonan for example), they obviously prioritise the wellbeing and entertainment of children. I feel like they have lost sight of that at Eatons Hill Hotel. Sadly we won't be frequenting Eatons Hill Hotel as much now, due to our children not being able to be adequately entertained; nor will other families I suspect.

southern fried chicken burger absolutely sucks nothing about it it is southern, chuck some buffalo sauce on there or something, literally better off getting a chicken n cheese from maccas

The restaurant serves a brilliant steak. Well seasoned and has tasty sides. I was here with a party of a dozen people, there were no complaints about the food.
