Just spoke to the staff in this branch to see if an email had been received & they were extremely rude & hung up on me. Haven't been spoken to by a person like that in a long time, some basic human respect goes a long way.

BOQ Edge Hill is not only easily accessible but the staff are extremely helpful, having refinanced from one of the Big 4 banks I’ve found that there is nothing better than being able to actually talk to someone about my banking requirements. Fast service with processing and very customer focused service. Highly recommend BOQ and the Edge Hill branch!

Poor internet banking, poor customer service, 40 minute wait time when you call them. Go into the branch there's one person there. They literally act surprised that a customer has entered into the branch. Very challenging to withdraw your own cash. There is absolutely no reason to bank with BOQ.

I’m not one to leave a review unless it’s positive but this was just annoying. I put through an application for a basic everyday account with BOQ with the Edgehill branch approx two months ago, and despite an email and a few phone calls to follow up on the progress of the application, I still haven’t heard back from them. The last call I made I was told that they were busy and I’d get a call back, still no call a month later. Terrible service and not helpful. I’ve since gone with another bank, which was approved instantly and a card developed within a week.
