The Edge Hill Post Office is a bit small, but the efficient staff make up for that. Wheelchair access via the front door will get you to the service desk and the staff are community minded and good at their job.

Was absolutely incompetent. Didn't know what a money order was . Did not know about express mail. Male helped. Last Wednesday. Female was very much I don't know anything. Only the cost not sure have to ask man for helpq again. Get express mail back saying discarded/lost in a letter. I reposted myself. As they didn't. Where did they throw it. At least a cleaner found it. Elderly yes we are. But money orders ment out son went without because of Australia Post again. Where does the money go we pay for not to who it's addressed to. Edge Hill we are locals. And so done with the disrespect we get. We pay our way we are very polite. Patient. This is incompetent.

Worst customer service, one day they ask for one thing and next day when i turned up with that they need something else. Talking in there own language amongst themselves. Worst of the worst experience

I don't know about this post office the amount of complaints I have put against this post office in the last 2 months very slack I pay express I live in same state and I know it can come within 24 hrs cause it use to. Now I am waiting 5 days I do the cut off times iam over it so again I will end up in hospital due to me needing this. Been happening for the last 2 months, iam over it why pay express when you don't get express specially from the same state,

Wendy was amazing!! She helped put through a number of parcels and was then very patient when I told her after the fact that I had MyPost Business…which I should have told her first!! She then processed all of the packages a second time!!! Absolute legend

Edge Hill post office are absolutely wonderful. I hve mobility problems and other health issues and nothing is too much trouble for all staff there. Highly recommend. Regards Jill T

This post office is absolutely abhorrent. I have now been charged with ‘cash out’ on my card twice now instead of purchase for postage. My accountant phoned me to query it as we send for postage on a regular basis. She told me our business cannot claim postage now (GST) as it was done as a cash out. I then went a third time and stopped her before starting the transaction telling her to please make sure it is put through as a purchase sale- and not cash out. She immediately pretended to not know what I was talking about and got hostile towards me. This business has no professionalism and is most definitely making money in an illegal manner. I have reported them to Australia Post and if nothing is done I am going to the Ombudsman.
P.S We were only using this post office as new to the area. I will be using my usual post office near my office from now on.
