Thanks to Ben from Ultime Velo for his prompt professional service I was able to ride my gravel bike in Cairns. Had a broken tubeless valve issue which he promptly replaced, topped up sealant and also straightened my rotor. Made the effort of being my bike on holiday worth it. Affordable service particularly given he came to me on a Saturday afternoon/eveining

I recently had my bike repaired by Ben, and it was a great experience!

I contacted Ben for a full service, he came the same day picked up my bike and dropped it back next day morning. He even gave me some tips for future maintenance that will help me extend the life of my bike. I would highly recommend Ben @Ultime Velo if you need any kind of bicycle repair or service!

We were blown away when Ben pulled over to help us when he saw 2 of the bikes upside down needing work. Ben has looked after our bikes and nothing has ever been too difficult (even some quick tuning after a crash). He is knowledgeable, quick and always has a smile on his face. Ben offers a premium service and is the bike mechanic you want looking after your bicycle. Cairns is lucky to have him. He will be missed on the Fraser Coast.
