The customer service here is atrocious. I recently attended to pick up my parcels and was told only two parcels were there (should’ve been four). When I returned home I checked the tracking on the remaining two items, which showed they were awaiting collection at the place I’d just been. Now the parcels are meant to be returned to the sender today if they’re not picked up, despite me just being there. They ignore ALL phone calls and attempts to communicate. Absolutely atrocious.

Outstanding Service at Elanora Post Office

I highly recommend the Elanora Post Office staff ,and their service is always excellent and highly efficient. Every visit is a pleasant experience thanks to their professionalism and dedication. My details on auspost are to leave all parcels in a safe spot. Pay extra for postage because I need it today and was told it woulr deffinatly be here today and they don't leave it now I can't pickup today as it's not back at the post office and tomorrow is a public holiday tomorrow. Why do we pay all this money for shipping when we have to pick it up anyway. They are all Useless

I love this post office, the people are very kind and helpful. I don't understand why people leave bad reviews for these folks when they have nothing to do with delivery times! I guess people are just stupid. 🙂 🙂 🙂
