Love my Palena Fresh delivery day! Straight into the air fryer and covered in Mingle tomato sauce - what a treat.
The products are high quality - so not cheap - but absolutely worthwhile for the only keto eater in the household.

I absolutely love the products Palena make - I tried the bagels for the first time today & I must say it was like eating a bagel pre Keto - I've had the cinnamon rolls before & they're great too warmed up with a drizzle of cream. As a celiac I love the convenience of Palena Fresh. It’s yummy and healthy gluten free and keto based cuisine. I have ordered twice now and am so grateful to have found this company. Lots of gluten free options taste bad, but Palena Fresh is delicious!

I was very happy to eat keto pizza, the lovely bagels and chocolate rolls from Palena fresh! It’s was a marvellous experience having such a nice keto store close to my place and being able to eat healthy with a pinch of novelty and great taste ( not just my cooking ) .

So fabulous to discover Palena Fresh. I have spent years making everything from scratch - so wonderful to go to the freezer and grab a good quality, delicious meal or snack that has been made for me with quality, low carb ingredients.
I really love the sausage rolls and the little cheese cakes and am looking forward to trying the cabbage rolls and cottage pies I received in this morning’s order. Thank you.

I order from interstate and my delivery is always on time, fresh and well packed! I always order from the low carb range - I highly recommend the sesame seed bagels, they are amazing!! Always friendly and super helpful customer service from Mel and the team. If you haven’t tried their food, you’re missing out!

So excited to have discovered Palena Fresh, it’s hard to find the time to make it for yourself so this is awesome !
I love the Tiny House Pie, the lasagna, the sausage rolls and the mini cheesecakes and warm chocolate pudding are to die for !
