I have been working in the health field for many years, I have done business with all Australia's major health suppliers for my establishment. I have never seen this kind of care put in to packing , all orders come in perfect condition never cramped in , always the first to arrive to my door compared to the rest which are in Sydney city and are closer to me ! I have been transitioning to only deal with Unique. They make me happy everytime I receive the order. The staff and management must be of a dream team for the consistency of quality . Prices are surely the best too. Unique's products sell the fastest in my store while the rest sit on the shelf. I always think to stop dealing with the rest and stay with the best. Blessings to unique,team, management and CEO.? I can also gurantee you any possible negative reviews are off sad competitors that are trying but will fail to bring down this giant of Unique, some build the biggest tower like Unique and some will tell the staff members to post negative comments to try bring them down . Don't trust negative comments. I am the best in my field and unique ticks all the boxes , guaranteed.

Negative for me are:

I have been dealing with many distributors over the past 7+ years however I have found Unique to have the most expensive shipping and minimum order value. Every $$ counts for a small business.
All other distributors I deal with happily pack and send everything without any plastic fillers or bubble wraps however Unqiue argue everytime I make this request. I only try and order from them when absolutely necessary due to this. I may be the only person complaining about this but I think it's a bigger issue where the businesses need to start taking actions and responsibilities. I have attached a picture of a box I opened recently with 3 items and the packaging. This applied to all boxes and some with only one item per box (not fragile). They use too many boxes to pack. Please unique look into this. It will be greatly appreciated. ?

Positives:
Their website is easy to navigate through and orders are sent quickly. A good selection of products.

I Just had a query with a problem and Brylar at UHP returned the email in literally within a minute! I haven't had any faster response than this. For a wholesaler these guys are exceptional service and value as you would generally know if something is out of stock and fast shipping is an added bonus especially if you want to order from many different amazing brands. Highly recommended 🙂

Out of our 78 suppilers Unique is by far the very best overall! Everything is down pat, very fast delivery, nothing ever expired or damaged (which happens alot with other suppilers), rrp - markup, easy to use online shopping, excellent packaging and packing and the best service. It's rare to have every avenue covered that makes the retailer very happy!
