Went to get some coolant at Supercheap, not too bad price for 5 litres $26 bucks. They say it opens at 08.30, but they were open at 08.15, so that was a good thing.

The place was quite busy as there were quite a number of people ready to go in.
So customer service was good as always, quick and easy dealt with.

The product did help my car run better, I think I'll be back again for some help from these guys and gals.

purchased new century battery from them on sale 23 rd november sales person picked out the new battery i took it home about 75 ks away wrong battery took it back two days later and they said sale is over and i had to pay $45 more, it was their mistake!!! Well we probably will be going elsewhere for our car parts from now on. they have lost two good customers

Cannot find fault at all with my shopping experience at Supercheap Auto Bundaberg. The staff are always friendly and only too happy to give sound advice, and you don't have to run all around the store looking for someone to assist you like most other stores nowadays.

Just now bought 2 marine bearings and a pack of 2 bearing dust covers. Asked the girls at the front if I can borrow a hammer to put the coverings on. She said “ sorry we don’t lend out tools because too many people vandalise cars with them.” In Bundaberg how many people vandalise cars outside your business hmm?
