I was camping nearby in my camper trailer when a main frame member broke in my camper and I needed a welding fix quickly. Despite being fully subscribed for work they fitted me in on the day I called and did a great job working out a solution to my problem. $88 was much cheaper than the $330 it was going to cost me to get a replacement new part (and the part is now stronger than the original!).

New steel tray (powercoated) for dual cab in April 2017. Poor workmanship and failure to supply agreed design. Quality assurance nil. Friendly yes. Followup Nil. Tie down rings were to be flush with floor didn't get that.They are on top of tray instead of under. Not flush. Rubbers in tool boxes put on upside down allowing water to get in.(Fixed). Tray bleeding rust in areas.Poor prep by their powdercoater(not fixed) Fuel cap ill fitting allowing water to seep in (not fixed) . No pins in dropdown side.(Fixed), Generally disappointed with attitude to give me what I asked for. I requested no advertising. 2 stickers and mud flaps advertising their business.( Removed.) Not encouraging others to use their business until they have quality assurance and ability to give customers what they ask for. Cost $7,000 odd feeling ripped off. NEVER AGAIN !!!!
I will always be unhappy because I didn't get what I asked for. Can't keep going back because of the downtime and they are not willing to address the outstanding problems.
