Extremely poor after sales service, logged warranty call with manufacturer for a 7kg top load washing machine and they didn't want to come to site.. Was told to bring back to them if we wanted to get it looked at... The attitude of the lady on the phone was extremely rude...

Bought a new Epson printer it was using way too much ink ,contacted the store said bring it down they told my Mrs to leave it with them 4 days later I was jack of that .
They said we will refund the printer but not the extra ink we bought and had to use it to try and this stupid thing up .
They said to the Mrs that because of print that was done it used all the ink say what !!! Load of rubbish
Being in that industry for 27yrs I know consumer law but obviously someone else does not .
And to think I recommend. My partner buy off this store ,
Well just lost some big business from us in the very near future over$100 printer and ink debacle
Will no longer buy from this store !!
