It was important for us to support a small local business and we are so glad we found EveryBody eBikes which is a family run business.
My daughter and I were very impressed with friendly welcoming smiles and the quality of service. We were both a little anxious as we had never ridden an e-bike before (also baring in mind I had’t ridden a bike for years) and Jack was so supportive and happily answered any questions we had no matter how silly they may have seemed to an experienced rider.
It was also nice to see the family again when we returned to pick up the bike.
We love our new red e-bike and I ride it to work everyday. My daughter gets to ride it on weekends.
I certainly recommend anyone looking for an e-bike or any accessories to also check out this store before making any decisions.

Fantastic service - I phoned from Perth WA and asked if they had an orange bike as I was searching for a replacement foldable bike as my previous orange foldable bike was stolen - but well know around the beachside suburb. The team at Everybody Ebikes found me a bike with the going discount and managed the transport and ensured I had a strong chain to ward off future thieves! I also found out about the railtrails of eastern Australia and can’t wait to try these. many thanks to the Everybody bike team. Bike arrived safely and is on the beachside daily.

Andrea and Richard were amazing with the support for our disabled son's e-bike, including helping to manage all the NDIS paperwork.

The initial bike we trialled for our son didn't end up being suitable due to his balance issues, but Andrea and Richard worked with us for over a year to finally get our son into a bike that worked brilliantly for him (Tribe Ricky). They arranged test rides and provided great advice on what we could do to find the right outfit for our son. They even managed extra modifications to suit our specific needs, and delivered to our home with a full handover.

Their patience and commitment to getting the right outcome for our son and family was far beyond what I could have hoped for, and I would recommend the EveryBody eBike team without hesitation.

The aquisition of our Special Needs e-Trike was an extensive period of research and conversations. Our son, JJ, has very specific positioning needs and a crafted finish was required.
After our trials we decided to go with EveryBody eBikes. We were not dissappointed.

I cannot recommend Everybody Ebikes enough. Their service has been outstanding. The owners are true blue lovely people who have had a really rough time with recent flooding of their shop.
I found them to be genuine, honest and caring. They are passionate about electric bikes and seem to get pure joy out of helping their customers.

As a right leg below knee amputee the staff at blind Freddy e/bikes made getting on a bike again a very simple task , they fitted my bike too suit & gave hands on assistance too get me riding again , Andrea has done follow up calls & provided follow up instructions to me ,even though I'm 1200km away , their knowledge of ebikes is extensive. Thankyou blind Freddy electric bikes staff .

Top notch small business with A1 quality ebikes range. I got the i-ezi which folds up super small so that it packs neatly onto the front seat of my bus motorhome. Easy to fold and unfold, takes only a couple of minutes, no dramas at all. Rides amazingly well for such a little bike, great power, handles roads and hills very well. Not powerful enough for super steep inclines (16+ degrees) and does not handle sandy tracks - but who cares? Awesome design.

Also, the service at BLIND FREDDY was fantastic. Andrea, Richard and Jack went out of their way to accomodate my needs and assist with buying, which was done while in lockdown with lots of texts, photos, calls and emails. BRILLIANT 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ GOODS AND SERVICE

Follow up review on i-ezi:

I have been using the i-ezi for a couple of years now and stand by the positive review given for this little bike. It is an excellent quality e-bike. People comment all the time, and they are all really impressed by this ebike's design. The only issue I've had was getting a puncture repaired, plus it seemed to be getting more frequent punctures. Solved this problem by using "never flat" tyre sealant - great stuff!
