My Samsung phone recently went into a power down loop which meant I was unable to access pictures or data from my phone. (Pictures were the most important to me, wasn't worried about the phone itself)

Long story short....my pictures and data were recovered from the phone and I now back up my pictures and data ...which I should have done in the first place.

I would have lost 1000's of photos from my bucket-list trip to the Amazon. Not sure what happened but the SD card from my camera was corrupted. Veenay was able to restore all the photos and copied them safely to a usb drive. Thank you Veenay for a job well done!

Precision Computers managed to recover all files from a hard drive that contained information that had been accumulated over many years. The drive would not be recognized on any of our computers and we feared that all the files were lost. Precision Computers were able to recover the files through a technical process involving imaging the partitions of the drive. This company is very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
