So impressed with the customer service here.
I needed a small domestic steel cutting job done and had called a few metal fabrication and cutting businesses only to be told they "didn't really do that kind of thing".

I called Langford Metal and was put through to Sean in sales who suggested I swing by and show them, but he thought they could likely help anyway.
I took my wall mount tv brackets in and handed them over to Sean with the "cut here" direction I'd been given, and 15 minutes later he was back with my perfectly resized steel brackets.
I love that there are still businesses who will take the time to help out an individual with a project like this, rather than write me off as being an insignificant annoyance.

Everyone I spoke to at Langford Metal was so lovely and very helpful.
The cost for the cutting was more than reasonable and I left with warm fuzzies over feeling like I was actually important to them.

As far as I'm concerned, if I ever need anything which they do, done - I'll look to these guys first and suggest the same to friends and family.
