We always supported Mitre 10 and had a coffee and a snack. Since the coffee shop has closed we rarely go there. The coffee shop was the best. Bring it back, please

We have shopped at mitre10 Gympie for the last 2years since relocated from SSC in which time we have always had impeccable service . The staff are always friendly and helpful . Brenda in gardening is amazing with her knowledge of plants , always so so helpful . My sister recently visited for Victoria and was so impressed with Brenda’s service .

Good on your staff, anytime I go to your store I find staff standing around the centre chat shop, if any staff are walking, they got no interest in the customer, walk past the centre counter, and they continue to chat among themselves, with, again no interest if the customer may need help, or even to ask if you might need help. Talk about Bunnings running away after eye contact. I'm afraid I will not be returning. Thanks for nothing.

This is actually a good store but a little expensive, many of it's great reviews are from their cafe which no longer exists. My 3 stars are for ability to deal with a power outage, they clearly had no system in place and no battery backup for their computerised registers. The cue just got lonnnnggger as 3 staff sent 2 other staff through the store to see the cost of all my items ?

Obviously a smaller range than Bunnings but a lot of the items in store are comparable or cheaper than Bunnings, particularly things like seedlings and plants.
