Excellent service and product. Definitely recommend. Shopped around online. These guys were the most competitively priced. Called up Saturday morning about some 75x75 RHS. They had it in stock and were also happy to cut it on a Saturday.

I am happy with the insulated panel patio roof kit that I ordered
But I am disappointed with the service and replacement of the damaged gutter, which I reported to the delivery driver while he was still on-site and the driver called his team and I thought things were all sorted
Communication from haggertys was non existent and a Month later I am still battling to have the gutter replaced.
They have even blamed me for not following their protocol for reporting damaged goods.
Now it seems that the delivery driver has told them that I damaged the gutter.
Disappointed and frustrated

After a small steel, with cut, online order that couldn't be delivered due to a misunderstanding on my part, Haggarty still tried to arrange delivery despite the floods, but couldn't find a provider in reasonable time and provided a full refund.
An example of great customer service in my books and a perfect example of the BBQ talk recommendation if you're looking for a local steel supplier.

Went in there a few weeks ago looking for galvanised hinges and was told they don't sell them by Graham and to try Bunnings Went to Bunnings looking for them and ran into a mate who told me Haggarty's sell them and they are in the shelving at the back Went back and well they do have them Dont think some staff no what they actually sell
