Most of the workers are lovely, I used to frequent this store for a bite to eat in the way to work in the mornings, but the blonde lady who wears a ponytail is absolutely horrible, one time I was waiting at the counter while she was complaining about the job and when I made a doorbell noise with my voice to get some service it was less than favourable, and since, every time I’ve come in I have been less than impressed with her attitude, not to mention listening skills as to what is asked for.

This morning 3rd of August I went to get some food from Freedom fuels Hatton Vale on the way to Toowoomba.The girl who was at the cash register was so rude to the customers.She had no smile and I felt she doesn’t like her job at all.The management should advise this type of personalities how to respect customers.She acted and looked at me like she was paying for the food I purchased.
You should not employ these kind of people who look and talk mean to innocent customers who come for a quick stop over.
Her attitude ruined my whole morning.Definitely she is not enjoying her job.

It's a petrol station & the only one for a while on this stretch of road. It's a perfectly decent petrol station. The food is decent but $9 for a prepackaged toasted sandwich seemed too much. It was well toasted & a good size but had come straight out of the refrigerated display so the 'plastic' cheese slices hadn't melted at all & the ham was very cold. I prefer them well cooked & hot.

Good for fuel, friendly service. It was quite expensive for takeaway food. $7/ $8 for a small custard tart or vanilla slice.$10 for a pack of mixed sandwichs.
Toilets are now kept locked so you have to go inside and ask for the key.
