Absolutely terrible customer service, my elderly relatives (80 and 85 years old) went to this store to pick up 100 x 38 hardwood timber rails. They can barely walk straight as it is and not a single employee helped them carry the 40 pieces of wood to their trailer, or even ask them if they wanted a hand. Very disappointing.

This store never has the stock you need when you need it. This is one of the fastest growing areas in the SE corner and everyone requires the same type of items such as fencing materials, plumbing materials, downpipe brackets etc but management does not seem to have the foresight to know what’s selling fast and order what is required before they run out of stock. I realise that it is only a small centre but this is why management need to be on top of this all the time as things will sell out faster. So frustrating and shame on you Bunnings. Can’t fault the staff though, very helpful.

Please get more staff ! One person on checkout and returns in a completely painful shopping experience. On my last visit to return an item with the receipt it was apparent the staff person didn't know what to do because it was done on after pay. I will try to avoid spending anymore at this Bunnings in the future

The staff are always amazing. It will always confuse me why they chose to put in a mini Bunnings instead of a full size one in such a rapid growth area. So I still need to travel if I want to see a good sample paint card colour range, but everything else can be ordered in.

I needed new number plate screws and after a failed attempt to purchase the correct ones elsewhere, I was thrilled to find Melly at Plainland Bunnings. She went out of her way to explain the options and how to install the anti theft plates. She was helpful in many ways and I was so grateful!! Excellent customer service is so often hard to find. I really needed help understand this and Melly was amazing. Thank you Bunnings and thank you Melly ! Btw I got the plates on with no trouble exactly as Melly had described. ?

All who attended my service today were excellent. I praise the young lady (Hannah) for the way she dealt with an obnoxious customer, very well handled. My praise also goes out to many other staff members who have to deal with obnoxious customers and manage to keep it together and deal with them very well. If I could I'd give 10 stars.
