Best butcher in the south East no problem, great value! We've been a customer now for about a year and zero regrets, affordable which is a hard to find these days, the fresh produce is excellent love the Eggs and I've never had a bad cut of meat.

Staff are friendly, and you can sign up to a rewards system were they give you store credit in the form of a voucher once you've spent a certain amount.

Who'd have thought a meat market could be such a surprise stop on the Warrego Highway. Not just some of the best cuts of meat from their own abattoir, but sausages, wurst, preserves, jerky and even wine and cheese. Definitely worth a look. TIP: you must try the bacon jerky.

Used to love stopping by just to buy their wurst
and maybe a bit of meat. Now I'll just go past after my last 2 purchases. The size of the wurst has been halved and the quality has declined. I bought the original flavour and it was salty and way smokier than it used to be. Never again.

Thank you to the lovely team at Schulte's. I was able to pre-order a 5 rack rib eye (and two buddies). They were great even though it took me three extra days to pick it up. Nothing tells those you cook for that you love them, then the power combination of perfect meat, the Schulte family meat tavern, and a Weber kettle cook up. Living the dream.
