Today l needed to purchase a washing machine

I had the delightful experience of a wonderful sales woman named RAE.

Honestly she made the sale so simple. ? I WAS SO GRATEFUL for her professional manner.

As l live at Tully Heads l had the choice of buying the same front load washer from BETTA ELECTRICAL IN TULLY.

Unfortunately the service at the Tully store even when trying to obtain quotes was so painful & dismal.
Unhelpful & just sad.
For that reason l just dont go there anymore.

The service between the two stores is incomparable.
HARVEY NORMAN was excellent in all ways.
RAE was so helpful.

It just goes to show it doesn't take much to be polite & smile & be helpful.

Harvey Norman wins hands down & l know l will always ? get the best service there.

So thank you to the INNISFAIL HARVEY NORMAN TEAM ❤️ FOR ALL there support over the years.

Disappointing and unhelpful store to deal with. Preordered and paid for a fridge 3 weeks before needed only to arrive and fridge not in stock. With no care or phonecall to advise that beforehand. Given no choice but to settle for another one, but still not what we actually wanted and paid for!
Avoid this store as it's definitely not up to the usual Harvey Norman standards.

Bought two induction hot plates for our caravan travels then realised they were not compliant with our cookware. We were no longer in the area so could not return them to that store. Contacted Lucinda (who had been our sales lady) who emailed me our receipt and advised me that I should be able to return the appliances to the Townsville store. Her customer service both face to face and over the phone was excellent. Many thanks. We were able to exchange the items for those which would be suitable for us.

Thank you to Rae and Patrick for going above and beyond so I could have my vacuum in a couple of days. They didn't have the one I wanted so they went out of their way to get it from Cairns as we had missed the delivery truck from Cairns. Great work.

The service I received from Darien (franchisee) today with an emergency phone situation was second to none he was incredibly helpful and he spent A LOT of time making sure my problem was 100% sorted before I left the store. Absolutely fantastic service!!! Darien is a credit to the Harvey Norman brand!

Absolutely disgraceful service Harvey Norman Innisfail. Bought a new Iphone last Saturday and it doesn’t get reception. Returned today for a refund or exchange phone. They said no it has to be sent away for testing with my sim and all my personal info on it. No offer of a replacement phone for the possible month it could take to get it back. Shopped there for years, guess what won’t be back ever. Be warned people they are happy to take your money but won’t help when things don’t work. What a joke. If I could give them zero stars I would.

After being an extremely loyal and frequent customer was very upset when they reneged on a phone appliance warranty. They expected me to hand over my phone to complete strangers for up to two weeks with all of my banking, email and other sensitive information at hand. Who in their right mind would willingly hand this over? "Sorry sir our policy is this and this only."
They don't tell you that when they try to sell you extended warranty that they won't honour in the first place. Will never shop there again if only out of principle.

Extremely helpful staff, especially Dillon who went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that I knew Harvey Norman couldn't resolve. It wasn't his problem, but he took the time to help me figure out a resolution. Consequently, I returned a few days later to purchase a product simply based upon the exceptional customer service provided.
