I made an order in February and never received it. Despite trying the ‘contact us’ form on the website (twice), instagram and direct message on Etsy, I still haven’t heard anything from Dirty Hippie about it. I think there was a problem with the shipping, but they never contacted me about it. It’s a shame because I used to love the store and their products, I have been ordering from them for years. I’m sure there is a good reason, but without hearing from the business after multiple attempts on my part to contact them, I feel like they have just taken my money and run!

I really lovely Dirty Hippie. They communicate clearly, always mail things out really quickly in eco-friendly packaging, and their products are lovely. My mum just ordered some shampoo soap yesterday afternoon and it arrived at lunchtime today!
