Aaron and his professional team recently put up two shade sails at my place, one large waterproof one and one using Rainbow brand fabric over the pool .
My contact with this company has been nothing but exemplary from start to finish
e,g. removing the old sails, measuring , quotes and the two office ladies keeping contact in re to availability of fabric( which come from overseas) and the dates for construction and finally erection .
I would highly recommend “Sail Structures” for any job based on price, knowledge , efficiency, honesty and integrity and hopefully I will have a good relationship with this company as I maintain my new shade sails.

Accolades to Aaron, Wesley, Barry and of course the office ladies, Elli and Tahlia for outstandinging work on our fourth shade sail.
I have taken liberty to make comparison and exhibit images from both SAIL STRUCTURES construction integrity with optimum load dispersal as opposed to another low budget, minimal erection time, lesser quality materials constructor business that resulted in at least one collapse on a neighbourhood sail.
When dealing with the natural elements, cutting corners and 'saving' money will undoubtedly bring about regret.
The WOW superlatives are numerous and highly recommend SAIL STRUCTURES in Cairns for the very best of professionalism, communication, knowledge and experience, best practice and techniques plus the very best of materials possible.
These sails has transformed the house making it our most lived in and most favourite 'room' of our home. Exemplary stuff. Just one more sail to go!!! Sure as 'oils ain't oils, sails ain't sails! The best is worth waiting for.

We have nothing but praise for Sail Structures. We requested a quote to replace an existing, poor condition shade sail. Their quote to supply and fit was much less than expected so we gave them the immediate go ahead. Despite us giving them a tight time scale, (it must be in by Christmas) they came up with the result we had dreamt of. We live in Port Douglas and unfortunately, with tropical cyclone Jasper's pending arrival, the sail had to be taken down a week after it was erected. The support from Sail Structures was excellent and the sail is up again ready for our family to arrive for Christmas. We thank Aaron and his team for the efficient way they designed produced and fitted the shade sail. A special thank you to the office staff for fielding our numerous panic calls to bring our situation to a happy ending. We are so impressed that we have already booked an appointment for them to provide us with an additional sail.

We are absolutely delighted with our new waterproof shade sail from Sail Structures. Aaron was totally professional from the very beginning. More importantly, he took the time to explain (in clear honest language) all the possible options for us, what they might look like and what they would cost. Once we made our decision, Aaron and his team followed through on every single element: dates, times, work to be completed, punctuality. We couldn't be happier. The only complaint I have is about our own dog who treated the newly poured cement as her own Hollywood footpath :).
