I asked a local community facebook group who I should chat to about selling my home. Carrie and Richard definitely came out on top as someone to chat with. I met with some other agents but felt the support and knowledge by Carrie and Richard would suit us best having never sold a house before. I think from the staging advice, marketing and help with how to manage the multiple offers we got the best service and professional advice we could get. Carrie always had an answer to any question and the backup from her staff was just fantastic. We got a great result on the sale price but I think most importantly a stress free sale.

They are the most caring, lovely and personable group of people. Madonna and Vicky were with me whenever I needed them and were always very transparent with any issues I had. Matt was also a sweetie and offered me a coffee upon returning keys. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a real estate agent and will hopefully using them to buy in the future. As a buyer, I found Richard to be a rare gentleman of the industry. Honest, not pushy, but assertive and direct in his line of enquiry. He was thorough, and always available. Just wanted to give a shout out to the Place Karana Downs/Karalee team! We were fortunate to see them most weekends on our housing hunt and built a wonderful bond with them! Even though we did not end up finding our dream home through them Carrie and Richard were wonderful throughout and a special mention to Matt who was an absolute stand out right from our first open home which just so happened to be with the Place Karalee team! He really was remarkable (mature beyond his years) both in communication and his efforts to help us find a home suitable for our family! Cannot speak more highly of the team, really impressed and by far the most compassionate, enthusiastic team and free from tacky sales pushes! Haha

I would definitely recommend Place Realty, especially Carrie who is a wonderful real estate agent. Carrie was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout my selling experience.
